Built on 15 Years of Real Estate Experience

Frank started in residential real estate in Philadelphia in 2010. Over the next decade, he closed over 500 transactions across Philly and the surrounding markets — learning every side of the business: acquisitions, renovations, and dispositions.

That experience made one thing clear: commercial properties have complications that most buyers walk away from. Frank built Building Opportunities LLC specifically to tackle those deals — ones with deferred maintenance, problem tenants, environmental history, or complicated ownership structures.

We're based in Bensalem, PA, and we buy commercial and industrial properties across the country. We've worked with warehouse owners, retiring business owners, landlords who've had enough, and heirs who inherited buildings they don't know what to do with.
